David
It was clean and the staff were nice and very polite, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Really enjoyed our standard double room.

Everything was perfect and really enjoyed my stay there. I could see the river from the window of the standard double room. This accommodation had a very central setting in centre of Rye. What's more, it was adjacent to the prettiest river, restaurants in Town and Camber castle and Rye Harbour. It was an original hotel, I would stay here again.

Generally, the place was nicely decorated and had brilliantly helpful and very friendly staff especially Sarah receptionist. The location was so ideal for traveling around Rye, next to the river bank, local shops, pubs and restaurants, and the restaurant from the specials menu. Also, this hotel was situated 1 km from tourist destination like Landgate.

Recommend staying to all. Thanks for the very nice stay for wedding in Rye. Its location is perfect and excellent, close to the old Rye town centre, the restaurant on second night, and surrounding areas like Hastings, Battle and Csmber, really comfortable area. The queen room is airy and decent size. The breakfast is hot and lovely with vegetarian sausages and good fresh juice, for instance, has everything you need.

The property's location is excellent and unbeatable, right by particularly the areas overlooking the river, boats " revving up " on the river, and sands. Love eating outside and there's Hoof, set a short way from the hotel. The rooms are functional and new-fashioned, equipped with TV set, coffee/tea making equipment, and ironing facilities.

Dennis
The place was enchanting and convenient and the staff were amazing, the location was stunning so close to the historic centre of Rye.

John
They gave us wheelchair accessible room with comfortable beds and tea/coffee plus the bathroom and that was essential. We were offered a warm and generous breakfast with the natural yogurt and vegetarian sausages and gluten free options.
